The High North Defence and Industry Cluster (HNDIC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the defence and security industry across the NATO High North region: Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Our goal is to unite leading companies and innovative suppliers in order to deliver advanced solutions to NATO nations and national defence sectors.

To represent and promote our member companies in the defence market.
To facilitate participation in offset agreements tide to defence contracts.
To build strategic partnerships across the Nordic region, and with global defence companies, organizations and leaders.
To support both large enterprises and SMEs in accessing the international and national defence market, including NATO supply chains.

First Industry Site Visit for HNDIC Members and Partners

On Tuesday, 17 March, the High North Defence & Industry Cluster (HNDIC) conducted its first industry site visit for members and strategic partners. The visit was hosted by Haltbakk Group at its fuel and logistics facility in Fjelldal, Tjeldsund municipality, Northern Norway.

Leadership

HNDIC is led by Arne Dahlberg, former Major General in the Norwegian Armed Forces, ensuring strong expertise and credibility in defence collaboration.

Our HQ will be located in Evenes kommune, Nordland county, at Evenes Industrial Seaport (EISP).
